[Durham University: Is it good? My experience studying at Durham for 3 years]
Phoebe, my student from a few years ago, is currently a third-year student at Durham University, studying BA (Hons) Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE). When people find out that Phoebe is studying at Durham University, they often ask her where exactly Durham is. Her response is, "Durham is a small town in the northeast of England, near Newcastle." Of course, unless you're a fan of the English Premier League, you probably haven't heard of Newcastle either. This year is Phoebe's final year at Durham, and she wanted to document her experiences at the university. During her summer break in Hong Kong, we had a meal together, and she shared her insights about Durham, including the city itself, the unique collegiate system, academic performance, extracurricular activities, and support for international students.
